Well, it's been awhile since I've updated our blog and there's lots going on around here! Mya is now 6 months old and weighs 16 lbs 7 ounces. She got her first tooth on Friday! She is a happy smiley baby all the time. She does not like loud noises or big crowds, but that's about the only thing that makes her cry.
The biggest news is we moved to Huxley a week ago. We decided we wanted to be closer to Ames and Nate's work and church. Max has had the hardest time adjusting. He keeps asking to go home and asked if we could take our garage to our house :) The last few days have been better, so hopefully each day our new house will feel like home. Max got to spend the weekend with his buddy Callen at Clear Lake, and he had a blast! He is getting braver at swimming and being in the water.
Our other news is on Tuesday we have our last class to become foster parents. God has given us a heart for kids and a burden for these family and kids we don't even know. The need is tremendous and it's what God has laid on our hearts for our family. We just want to say yes and step out in faith and let God direct our path in this journey. We have no idea where this journey is going to take us but we're willing and ready!
